Kirsten Simone Vangsness is an American actor and playwright from the United States. She was in the spotlight after appearing as 'Penelope Garcia' in the crime procedural police drama series, 'Criminal minds'. She is mostly a television actor, but she has also played a handful of minor parts in films after her first showbiz appearance in 1998.
